Synopsis by Phil Griffin
Experienced lighthouse keepers Thomas (Peter Mullan), James (Gerard Butler) and Donald (Connor Swindells) are working their six-week shift on Scotland's remote Flannan Isles. They find a strange man and a trunk of gold washed up on shore. The men's resolve and loyalty are tested when two menacing men arrive asking questions. By the time the replacement keepers arrive, all three men have mysteriously vanished. Directed by Kristoffer Nyholm. Based on the real-life mystery of the missing keepers of Flannan Lighthouse.
