Synopsis by Perry Seibert
The Statler Brothers became one of the most successful and respected country acts of their time thanks in no small part to their impressive four-part harmonies. The Statler Brothers: The Farewell Concert captures the October 26, 2002 concert at the Salem Civic Center that ended their lengthy careers. The quartet performs nearly two-dozen songs including "Bed of Roses," "Memories Are Made of This," "The Great Pretender," "This Ole House," "How Great Thou Art," and the standard "Amazing Grace."
