In this experimental documentary, Fedor Alexandrovich, an artist born in Ukraine four years after the Chernobyl nuclear meltdown explores the enormous remains of Duga-3, a gigantic and secretive antenna that broadcast a mysterious pulsing radio signal nicknamed "The Russian Woodpecker."
