Arthur Lindquist is The Regenerated Man in this tacky horror offering. Lindquist plays a scientist who has developed a serum that regenerates human flesh. Through a series of incredible plot complications, he's forced to drink the formula himself. As a result, he transforms into an insatiable, vampiric beast. Fortunately, he only targets criminals, but who knows how long he'll be so selective? This R-rated baby-scarer might have benefited from such intangibles as better writing, direction and acting.
