Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
As the 2008 presidential elections looms ever closer on the political horizon, filmmaker Robert Greenwald takes the opportunity to highlight how popular Republican presidential hopeful John McCain may not be the straight shooter he's often portrayed as in the press. For the better half of a decade, political commentators have praised McCain for his "straight talk," but could it be that his reputation for tacking the tough topics could be better attributed to media manipulation than actual fact? With this release, Greenwald offers political skeptics the opportunity to witness not only the informative shorts that set the internet ablaze, but additional commentary by such progressive leaders as MoveOn's Eli Pariser and Democracy for America's Jim Dean as well.
