Synopsis by Perry Seibert
Ng See Yuen directs Chen Hsing in the marital arts action film The Rage of Wind. Hsing plays a Chinese kung fu expert who has sworn off violence ever since he caused the accidental death of a friend. He returns to his hometown, which is occupied by Japanese forces led by a cruel officer (Irene Ryder Kurate). Hsing's pacifism is thrown aside after troops kidnap his wife and torture innocent citizens.
