Mixed martial arts combine with proven modern day training techniques to offer a comprehensive series of workouts hosted by tenth degree black-belt and professional trainer John Hackleman. In just three days a week students will learn to build speed, power, and endurance while improving flexibility, targeting specific muscle groups, and conditioning the entire body. An upper body workout comprised of specialized push-ups and punch combinations is followed by a lower-body workout focusing on squats, lunges, and kick combinations, with a combination of the two rounding things out by offering an intense, full-body routine.
