Synopsis by Jonathan Crow

Ivan Lai Kai-ming directs this low-budget Category III exploitation flick about Roy Chen (Mark Cheng Ho-nam), a blood hungry loonball who likes little more than to kidnap women, rape them, and cut off their legs. He then hangs his newfound trophies from his ceiling. When he spies attractive policewoman Cheng Hsuen (Jade Leung Ching) beating up a couple of bad guys, he becomes obsessed with her. First, he starts covertly living in her abode and then when his presence is known, he kidnaps and rapes her sister, Kelly (Miho Nomoto), using her to lure Hsuen to his lair. Hsuen barely manages to escape, and when she sets a trap for him, she accidentally kills her beau. Fired from her job, Hsuen vows vengeance as Roy starts to target her mother.
