Synopsis

A competing salesman (Timothy Olyphant) begins stealing Dunder Mifflin's clients. To unearth the pilferer's sales secrets, Michael sets up a sting with Jim and Dwight. Meanwhile, Andy is inspired to start a band after discovering that his college pal has forged a successful music career.
