Unpolluted water has become a luxury in this vision of post-apocalyptic Earth. The vicious members of a gang led by a man named Sanga have taken control of the clean water supply and kidnapped the two most vitally gifted people left on Earth: a woman who can heal wounds with her touch and a man who can create water. Someone has to stop Sanga and his greed, but who can rival this man who has now declared himself a god? Kenshiro, the most enlightened martial artist left in the world is the only hope left for the innocents of Earth, but can one man rival an entire gang of thugs? His chances might be slim, but the consequences of losing would be dire.
