Synopsis by Tom Ciampoli
Donna Zuckerboro directs a documentary about the process of the forensic examination involved in the investigation of a murder. Using the subtlest of clues, which include blood samples, plants and nearby dust, Dr. Jennifer Gardy of the British Columbia Centre for Disease Control devotes her efforts to gaining information about criminal activity, and doing her part to provide a sense of justice for the deceased and their families. In the process, Grady and her colleagues inevitably stumble upon some surprising truths in unexpected places.
