Played mainly for laughs, this two-reel Western from Universal features pretty Barbara Worth in the title role, Edmund Cobb as her boyfriend, and Lloyd Whitlock as the nasty rival. After a fistfight with his cousin, Steve Quinlan (Whitlock), Tommy Ryan (Cobb) is hauled off to jail, the sheriff only agreeing to let him go when he promises to marry and settle down right away. But Tommy is barely out of jail before he has another run-in with Quinlan and is rendered unconscious. Remembering only that he has to get married, Tommy wakes up in the arms of the Widow Carson who, as a title explains, "believed in grabbing while grabbing was good." Martha Murray (Worth), Tommy's girlfriend, learns of the upcoming nuptials and rushes in to take the place of the widow. Quinlan interrupts the ceremony and Tommy regains his lost memory during a free-for-all that includes the widow and the justice of the peace (Walter Brennan).
