Synopsis by Hal Erickson

Crane Wilbur stars as celebrated concert violinist David McCare, whose talent is exceeded only by his libido. After loving and leaving several desirable young ladies, McCare settles down to marry a wealthy socialite. Soon, however, he tires of matrimony and is off and running in search of new conquests. Philosophically, his wife grants him a divorce, without informing him that there's a baby on the way. Inevitably, McCare runs up against a woman who treats him as shabbily as he's treated others, and the film ends as the guilt-ridden "hero" blows his brains out. With roles like these, it was no wonder than Crane Wilbur ultimately abandoned acting in favor of writing and directing.
