Synopsis by Dan Pavlides
Although The Hunchback Of Soho is primarily a mystery, there are moments of levity, suspense, and horror that added to the tempo of the film. An American girl in London is kidnapped when she arrives to claim a sizeable inheritance, and a home for wayward girls is the scene of several unsolved murders, prompting Scotland Yard to send Inspector Hopkins Guernther Stoll to investigate. Stoll plays the part with comic flair as he tries to unravel the mystery.
