Synopsis by Tom Ciampoli
The dramatic documentary Homefront shares the story of several families with members who serve in one of America's military forces. Presented by Bob Woodruff, Homefront traces the trials and tribulations these clans experience watching their loved ones leave to aid their country, before being happily reunited with their returning servicemen and women. In addition to these heartfelt moments, the documentary also examines the lives these patriots lead at home, and the difficult changes many of them experience as they re-adjust to life as a civilian and active member of the household.
