Take a trip to the top of the British film industry as narrator Michael Caine chronicles the rise of movie mogul J. Arthur Rank in a documentary produced to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the studio behind such classics as The Red Shoes, Caesar and Cleopatra, The League of Gentlemen, and Brief Encounter. With film clips from some of Rank Studio's best-loved films, Caine chronicles the spectacular rise of a man who set out to make religious short films, and ended up making some of the biggest cinema spectaculars ever produced at Pinewood Studios.
