Warrior Goddess is an advanced-level bellydance fitness volume in the Goddess Workout series. Instructor Dolphina focuses on developing hip muscles to get energized and build strength. The program includes a five-minute warm-up, 40 minutes of movements and combinations, and a five-minute cool down. Other titles in the series include Introduction to Bellydance, Veils, and Finger Cymbals.
