This workout video features National Aerobic Champion David Gray leading a routine to funky music. The aerobics moves are a bit different from the standard ones and as a result can make the workout more enjoyable. Gray includes a toning section at the end to help condition the lower body and work on the usual trouble spots. No special equipment or location is required for the completion of the exercises and workouts in this home exercise video. Gray teaches the foot movements, adds the arm movements, and then puts it together. Included are breaks for heart-rate checks.
