Worried that he's becoming as soft and spoiled as his cousin Carlton (Alfonso Ribeiro), Will decides to start pulling his own weight in the Banks household. To this end, he gets a job as a waiter (complete with all-encompassing pirate costume!) at a sea-food restaurant. Unfortunately, when Will begins breaking curfew, Uncle Philip (James Avery) refuses to believe his nephew's story that he's gotten employment, and it is up to cousin Ashley (Tatyana M. Ali) to smooth things out--that is, when she isn't trying to cope with her classmate Tina, who has developed a crush on Carlton.
