Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Fred and Barney take Wilma and Betty to an amusement park, where Fred whimsically sings a tune called "The Rockin' Bird" in a "record-your-own-voice" booth. The song is heard by a talent agent known as The Colonel (whose most recent client was a "boy with sideburns"), and before long Fred has been transformed into the latest singing sensation, "Hi Fye." Unfortunately, fame quickly goes to Fred's head, obliging Wilma and Betty to sabotage his career.
