Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Fred enters into a friendly game of marbles with Arnold the newsboy, but soon things get serious when Fred's long-suppressed compulsive gambling streak resurfaces. As a result, our hero goes heavily into debt, and must sell off the family furniture to square things. Meanwhile, neighbor Barney figures that Fred has "lost his marbles" in another fashion, and a wild comedy of errors ensues.
