Designed to increase strength while performing at an elevated heart rate, The Firm: Cross Trainers - Super Sculpting provides a medley of fundamental muscle-toning exercises. The workouts alternate between focusing on the upper and lower body, as well as mixing standing, seated, and floor exercises. Like other videos in The Firm series, this production features four different instructors in hopes of promoting a variety of different styles, techniques, and tempos. Though they are not absolutely required, handweights, ankle weights, and a step are suggested to enhance individual results.
