Produced away from the normal channels and starring the reigning World Lightweight boxing champion Benny Leonard, this 15-chapter serial was set on Wall Street and centered around a gang of crooks trying to milk the financial community in general and financier Benton Bruce (Stuart Hansen) in particular. Bruce's daughter, Dora (Ruth Dwyer), teams up with boxer Frank Armstrong (guess who?) to fight the ubiquitous master criminal, who this time pretends to be bound to a wheelchair. The supporting cast was made up by Broadway actors and included the once popular Marie Shotwell.
