This presentation features three hours of programs designed for Pilates novices who want to include the well-rounded full-body exercise in their fitness and wellness programs. Step-by-step instructions and demonstrations by experienced practitioners are filmed in exotic locations around the world. The workout starts with an introduction and warm-up. Resistance bands are added for increased muscle enhancement, followed by matwork sessions with variations to work all areas of the body. Proper cool-down and relaxation methods are included, as well as special techniques for focusing on the abdominals and the muscles of the upper body.
