Synopsis by Heather Phares
Tale of the Fox is a touching, affectionate look at the life and work of Kiss drummer Eric Carr, who died from a rare form of cancer in 1991. Interviews with friends like Bill Aucoin, Bruce Kulick, Fred Coury, and Carrie Stevens reveal the person behind the fox makeup: a warm, friendly man who cared about his fans, even visiting them in hospitals. Remembrances by family and friends, never-before-seen performance footage and home movies from Carr's pre-Kiss days complete this thoughtful video biography, and a look at his cartoon Rockheads will delight Kiss fans of all ages. Just 41 when he died, Carr couldn't have asked for a better tribute than Tale of the Fox, especially since a portion of the video's profits benefit the Eric Carr Foundation.
