In his efforts to prevent the election of Congressional candidate Greg Stillson (Sean Patrick Flanery) -- which may precipitate a nuclear holocaust -- Johnny joins the re-election campaign of Stillson's opponent, war hero Harrison Fisher (Gerald McRaney). As it turns out, however, Fisher is harboring a sinister secret that will result in dire consequences if he goes to Congress. This places Johnny in the unenviable position of choosing between the "lesser" of two very large evils.
