Now that she is a teenager, it is perhaps inevitable that Rudy (Keshia Knight Pulliam) is going through some rather dramatic mood swings--and that she now considers her parents to be the two most boring people on earth. Having been here before, Cliff (Bill Cosby) commits himself to getting rid of the "moody Rudy blues." Elsewhere, Sondra (Sandra LeBeauf) and Elvin (Geoffrey Owens) want to make her parents the twins' legal guardians in case of emergency, but Cliff and Clair (Phylicia Rashad) would rather shift the burden over to Theo (Malcolm-Jamal Warner)--who has his own ideas on the subject.
