Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Brendan Leonard, budding 19-year-old showbiz entrepreneur from Winnetka, IL, was the creator, producer, and star of this weekly ABC Family Channel series, an outgrowth of Leonard's long-running local cable-access show. Taped at the home of Brendan's parents, the series was a free-flowing collection of monologues and sketches, most of them revolving around the clutter found in the bedrooms of Leonard and six of his best buds. Occasionally, Brendan and his pals would venture forth to the mall, the movies, or the local ice-cream emporium for more hilarious hijinks. Advertised as "the first show to be produced, directed, and written entirely by teens," Brendan Leonard debuted May 26, 2003.
