Synopsis by Sandra Brennan
This romantic comedy is the first Hungarian sound film. It is set in the US and chronicles the struggles of an impoverished baron who must work as a waiter to survive. One day he wins part ownership in a farm. Happily he goes to the lovely rich girl he loves and proposes, but she thinks he is a gigolo and spurns him. Eventually the baron's luck changes for the better when the financial situation back home improves and his wealth and title are restored.
