On the 10th anniversary of the death of Giovanni’s (Shiloh Fernandez) father, Giovanni is tasked to bring a cake to the house of Brooklyn’s last Mafia bigwig, his Uncle Angelo (Val Kilmer), for a celebration. The party proves to be life-changing for the young man, as he is forced to grow up after experiencing violence, witnessing a brutal murder, and being confronted with what truly happened to his father all those years ago.
