The Best of Lowrider takes its audience on a tour of six major U.S. cities - San Bernardino, Tampa, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, and San Diego - for a glimpse of the hottest and hippest classic cars on the American market and some of the most scintillating and scantily-clad models around, who participate in the infamous Lowrider bikini contest for the delectation of the viewer.
