Synopsis by Ronnie D. Lankford, Jr.
In the first segment of the program, host Michael Moore tracks the movements of William Cohn in a mock investigation to find out if he is manly enough to be Secretary of Defense. After all, Moore reasons, he wrote a sensitive poem about hitting a deer with a car and got married on Valentines Day. Three men, from Iraq, Afghanistan, and North Korea, stand on the edge of the Pentagon's lawn and challenge Cohn to come out. Moore finally confronts Cohn in person, asking him if he's a fighter or a lover, and then challenges him to arm wrestle. In the next segment, Moore shares the "Michael Moore Alert" memo issued by Manpower, an employment agency. The memo outlines how employees should behave if he arrives at any of Manpower's offices. Moore travels to offices in Los Angeles, New York, Wisconsin, and England to find out how well the employees are following their instructions.
