When Olive's parrot Polly flies the coop, it's Popeye to the rescue. Hoping to score points with Olive, Bluto likewise chases after Polly, sabotaging Popeye's efforts all along the way. But the fun really begins when a lookalike parrot flaps onto the scene--and as often happens in Popeye's TV's adventures, a maximum of effort is expended on a minimum of results.
