Synopsis by Maggie Sadler

The sleepy town of Miles County must confront unsettling, grisly scenes once again as an eerie entity resurrects Art the Clown (David Howard Thornton), sending the sinister being to do his bidding to wreak havoc upon the town. On Halloween night, a teen girl and her younger brother unwittingly become Art's newest targets and must then fight for their lives if they are to live to see the dawn. Damien Leone writes and directs the sequel to the 2016 horror-thriller. Co-starring Jenna Kanell, Felissa Rose, and Lauren LaVera.
