Synopsis by Eleanor Mannikka
In this charming family-oriented story about a traumatic move from the countryside to the city, little Jella (Jordis Hollnagel) is given a gift of homing pigeons before she leaves the village for good. Her family is forced to move to the city so her father can continue in his work as a construction boss, yet her mother's heart still lies in the countryside. After Jella arrives in her new home, she sees how claustrophobic the urban world is and generously takes her pigeons back to the countryside to set them free. She has yet to learn that homing pigeons are aptly named, and they just might come back to her home in the city -- now their home as well.
