Synopsis by Olivia Cantor
Actor-turned-director Amy Jo Johnson’s sophomore feature film is about a daughter feeling the brunt of caring for her aging mother. Catherine (Anastasia Phillips) is beginning to grow tired of caring for her alcoholic mother, Tammy (Felicity Huffman), who is such a bundle of energy when drunk. However, when she is sober, Tammy is a scathing mother who doesn’t have anything good to say about her daughter. Things suddenly change when Tammy is diagnosed with cancer, and Catherine is forced to go back to their house and live with her mother.
