This is part of professional training instructor Tamilee Webb's series of exercise tapes. Each tape targets a specific area of an individual's workout. The routine is divided into three, 15-minute segments. Each segment is self-contained with warm-up, exercise performance, and cool-down. No equipment is necessary; it's an all on-the-floor workout. Tamilee Webb teaches the viewer how to best strengthen and tone abdominal and pelvic muscles and offers thoroughly explained instructions with an easy-to-perform routine to follow. The exercises are designed for beginning, intermediate, or advanced athletic exercisers since the goal is to improve the lower and upper abs and the surrounding muscle regions.
