In her new exercise series, Buns of Steel guru Tamilee Webb disassembles her body for public consumption. I Want Those ARMS! targets the upper body in a 30-minute workout for all levels. Promising a lesson refined through hours of scientific muscle testing, Webb uses her master's degree to her advantage. Webb's own appendages make the class look worthwhile. She uses hand weights and simple movements to strengthen the arms. The shoulders also get a workout designed to get rid of floppy skin. As a companion to her abs and buns tapes, I Want Those ARMS! completes a full-body workout.
