T'ai Chi is the ancient Chinese moving meditation that combines balanced movements with controlled breathing to reduce stress. This video teaches viewers how to give a gentle and relaxing massage based on the same movements used in T'ai Chi. Each muscle and nerve will be invigorated and the body will release its tension as a result of a T'ai Chi massage.
