This instructional program, hosted by T'ai Chi Ch'uan instructors David-Dorian Ross and Daisy Lee-Garripoli, leads the viewer through a guided process to help him or her form a daily routine. The instruction lingers less on the finer points of perfecting individual forms and more on the overall flow between positions necessary for the viewer to establish a sense of confidence in conjunction with regular practice. The program also includes a lower body Chi work out that focuses on cardiovascular health.
