This is an exercise video with a new perspective. Fitness instructor Paul Maranto has put together an exhilarating workout using swing dance movements that tone the entire body. The steps are set to an original soundtrack by composer Michael Lawson. Maranto has a background in yoga, bodybuilding, gymnastics, martial arts, distance running, as well as various forms of dance, from ballroom to swing. He has performed with many artists, including the Judds, Brian Setzer, and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy. He is the co-founder and director of the Arizona Lindy Hop Society. The video shows the viewer how to have fun dancing while getting a great body workout.
