Synopsis by Maggie Sadler
In 1973, a young and brash woman named Suzi Quatro debuted on the underground rock and roll music scene, lending a feminine presence to an otherwise male-dominated sphere. Since her debut, the rocker spearheaded an alternative form of rock music that celebrated female empowerment, creating space in the industry for future women rock musicians to come. Candid interviews with musicians such as Cherie Currie, KT Tunstall, Joan Jett, and Debbie Harry provide insight into the legacy of Suzi Quatro. Directed by Liam Firmager.
