Synopsis by Hal Erickson
The 14 remaining castaways have been in the Outback for over a week, during which time the virtually all-rice diet has taken its toll on their patience. By now, the series' viewers are dutifully picking their favorites and least favorites. Falling into both camps is Mitchell, a seemingly likable jokester who may or may not be using his charm to undercut everyone else. Likewise, controversial is "Mad Dog" Maralyn, whose arrogance may prove to be her undoing. But Mike proves to be the most divisive of the bunch, what with his constant prattle about hunting down and slaughtering a pig. Whatever the case, a third castaway is doomed to be voted out by episode's end.
