This installment of the Superbook Video Bible features two stories from the Bible. Animated characters Christopher, Joy, and Gizmo travel through time to bring the stories to young viewers. The first story, "Jonah and the Big Fish," tells of his hazards at sea. Jonah's prayers for a safe return are answered from inside the belly of the fish. "Elijah the Prophet" features God sending Elijah to stop the worship of idols in Israel. The king doesn't listen and a drought begins.
