Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
In this animated feature, the few humans who have survived the devastation of the earth by pollution live underground in something called the Rat Dictatorship, ruled over by a president who electronically brainwashes misbehaving members of the population. In the story, a family, led by a grandmother who has had a vision of paradise, seeks to escape their underground prison. Through their persistence and trickery, the clever family (consisting of a drunken uncle, a granny and a brother and sister) eventually win free.
