Synopsis by Eleanor Mannikka

Directors Leigh Tilson and Rob Scott lived with homeless teenagers in a rundown boarding house in Melbourne before they interviewed the teens in this documentary. Their familiarity and the use of natural lighting help to put the teens at ease as they poignantly express the realities of their situation. There are also interviews with policemen, an involved Jesuit, and glimpses into some drug use and solicitation. Although this documentary is set in a small section of Melbourne, it could benefit anyone wanting to know more about the plight of homeless teens in general.
