As this program reveals, billions of dollars are spent each year on exploiting young people who've fallen into sexual servitude. Teen boys and girls talk about what it's like to work the streets with pimps constantly controlling them. Additional segments look at what two organizations are doing to help kids leave the streets behind and reclaim their broken lives.
