Anna (Jessica Schwarz) and Sam (Tom Beck) are hippies from Prenzlauer - she's a heart surgeon, he's a blogger. Constantly under stress, the couple longs for a change. Why not get out into the country? And so Anna opened her own practice in Klopp village and Sam takes the time to finally work on his novel there. But in the countryside is not everything that glitters is gold: The house they bought is ramshackle, in Anna's practice the receptionist Gertie (Gisa Flake) rules with an iron hand and the neighborhood, led by Volker Garms (Uwe Ochsenknecht), invades the newcomer's home.
