This horror anthology features five short stories involving travelers on a highway: Two men are attacked by insectoid creatures while driving in circles; a female rock band are taken in by a creepy couple after their car breaks down; a businessman hits a stranger and must take her to a nearby hospital; a man searches for his long-lost sister; and a family are terrorized by home invaders. The segments were directed by David Bruckner, Roxanne Benjamin, Patrick Horvath, and the film collection known as Radio Silence. Southbound made its world premiere at the 2015 Toronto International Film Festival.
