All of South Park is celebrating "Cow Days." In an attempt to win Terrance and Phillip dolls from a rigged carnival game, the boys enter Cartman in a rodeo riding competition. After one too many hard falls, Cartman believes he is a Vietnamese prostitute named Ming Li (and starts wearing appropriate makeup). Meanwhile, all the cows in town have become fixated on a statue with a clock in it. Jennifer Love Hewitt, carnies, and Full Metal Jacket are just three of the satiric targets in this irreverent as usual South Park episode.
