Synopsis by Perry Seibert
All of South Park is celebrating "Cow Days." In an attempt to win Terrance and Phillip dolls from a rigged carnival game, the boys enter Cartman in a rodeo riding competition. After one too many hard falls, Cartman believes he is a Vietnamese prostitute named Ming Li (and starts wearing appropriate makeup). Meanwhile, all the cows in town have become fixated on a statue with a clock in it. Jennifer Love Hewitt, carnies, and Full Metal Jacket are just three of the satiric targets in this irreverent as usual South Park episode. "Cow Days" originally aired September 30, 1998, on Comedy Central.
